Every Dance Instructor needs inspiration from time to time. New moves, new ways of built-up, new music; but let’s be honest: sometimes we are too afraid or too lazy to try something new, right? We, Life Junkies, deeply believe it’s very important to step out of the comfort zone frequently and do it, no matter what. Wanna know why?

You are a better instructor when you are having fun and a little bit of a challenge in your classes as well. So spice it up!

So it’s very important to know how un-comfy this might feel – firstly, you will be a better instructor when you personally experience this struggle and secondly, when you know how awesome it feels once you have overcome this pain in the ass!

Being an inspiring instructor feels great, being a true empowerer is even more satisfying.

But hell yeah, it takes some work. Make sure you keep yourself up to date and to push yourself through and beyond your limits – step out of YOUR comfort zone.
